Edge Slovenia will take place Wednesday, June 10 through Friday, June 12 at the GR - Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Center, Ljubljana, Slovenia.
 

Located just a 25-minute drive from the City, the Jože Pučnik Ljubljana Airport (LJU) is the closest airport. 

Registration will officially open on January 1st but first, we will open a waiting list on November 10. 

No one under the age of 18, including infants, will be admitted to the show floor or seminars at any time. Proof of age may be required. Anyone 14 years of age or older must register. There are no exceptions. Childcare will not be provided. 

To request an invitation letter, please register for the conference and remit payment. During the registration process, you will be prompted to answer whether an invitational letter is needed. If your Visa is not approved (verification required) you may request a full refund prior to the conference, minus applicable admin fees, by emailing hello@dscoop.org.  

Please allow at least one business day to process your request.  

The below information is needed during the registration process to request an Invitation Letter:  

  • Embassy Name, Address, Phone Number  
  • Title (Mr., Mrs., Miss, etc.)  
  • Name as it should appear on the letter. Please include first, middle and last name. (Name should match your passport)  
  • Passport #  
  • Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)   
  • Country of Birth

Registration & Accommodation

Registration will officially open on January 1, 2026 but first, we will open a waiting list on November 10, 2025. 

Request for cancellation must be in writing via email at  customerservice@dscoop.org  

  • Received by Monday, March 2, 2026, full refund less $200 administrative fee 
  • Cancellation requests received on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 or later will not be eligible to receive a refund

Substitutions for current Dscoop members are permitted at no additional fee. To request a substitution, please email your written request to: customerservice@dscoop.org by Friday, February 20, 2026. Include the name of the member to whom you would like to transfer your registration and their email address. After Saturday, February 21, 2026, all substitutions must be completed onsite. 

Please note: You or the member to whom you are transferring your conference registration are ineligible for any refunds or credits related to the registration transfer (e.g. refunds or credits toward workshops, evening events or guest tickets are not allowed). Also note, the person to whom you are transferring your registration must be a current Dscoop member. 

Badge swapping is strictly forbidden. It will be considered a fraud and you will be excluded immediately from Edge Rockies with no possibility to register on future Dscoop Activities.  

 

A replacement badge may be obtained at the On-Site Registration Desk, for € 50.00. We only allow for one replacement badge per person.

The Edge Slovenia room rate is available until March 9. After this date, all reservations will need to be done directly with the hotel and the best available rate will apply.

Co-exhibiting is strictly forbidden at Edge Slovenia 2026.

 

Dscoop partners need to have a partnership agreement exclusive for Edge Slovenia in order to attend to the conference. Hence, purchasing a Print Service Provider badge is strictly forbidden and you will be sent away from the conference on the spot.

If you register as a Print Service Provider, but you are a Dscoop Partner, Dscoop reserves the right to cancel your registration and not reimburse. 

 

The attendee list is included for all Advanced and Essentials Dscoop Year-round partners. If you are a Basic Dscoop Year-round partner, the attendee list is not included. 

 

The lead retrieval system is included for all Advanced and Essentials Dscoop Year-round partners. If you are a Basic Dscoop Year-round partner, you will not have access to it.
