Dscoop (Digital Solutions Cooperative) is the largest and most vibrant digital print community in the world, with over 23,000 HP Indigo, HP PageWide and HP Large Format press owners, partners and industry stakeholders across 100 countries. In the Dscoop ecosystem, pioneering print mavericks continually seek to learn, connect and advance, with year-round access to growth strategies, education, in-person and online events, hands-on technical training, and collaboration and networking opportunities. Our community platform is Dscoop.com. 

Dscoop is an independent organization led by volunteer members and managed by a professional staff. 

Edge Rockies will take place Sunday, March 8 through Wednesday, March 11 at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, CO. Select activities, including Dscoop member site visits, will take place before and after Edge Rockies. 

Located just a 10-minute drive from the Gaylord Rockies, the Denver International Airport (DEN) is the closest airport. 

No one under the age of 18, including infants, will be admitted to the show floor or seminars at any time. Proof of age may be required. Anyone 14 years of age or older must register. There are no exceptions. Childcare will not be provided. 

To attend the Dscoop Edge Rockies conference travelling to the U.S. from abroad, you will need either a visa waiver (check here to check whether you qualify) or a non-immigrant visa. If you plan to apply for a B-1 or B-2 visitor visa to attend the conference, you may be required to include an Invitation Letter as part of your  visa petition to the U.S. Department of State.  

To request an invitation letter, please register for the conference and remit payment. During the registration process, you will be prompted to answer whether an invitational letter is needed. If your Visa is not approved (verification required) you may request a full refund prior to the conference, minus applicable admin fees, by emailing hello@dscoop.org.  

Please allow at least one business day to process your request.  

The below information is needed during the registration process to request an Invitation Letter:  

• Embassy Name, Address, Phone Number  
• Title (Mr., Mrs., Miss, etc.)  
• Name as it should appear on the letter. Please include first, middle and last name. (Name should match your passport)  
• Passport #  
• Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)   
• Country of Birth

Substitutions for current Dscoop members are permitted at no additional fee. To request a substitution, please email your written request to: customerservice@dscoop.org by Friday, February 20, 2026. Include the name of the member to whom you would like to transfer your registration and their email address. After Saturday, February 21, 2026, all substitutions must be completed onsite. 

Please note: You or the member to whom you are transferring your conference registration are ineligible for any refunds or credits related to the registration transfer (e.g. refunds or credits toward workshops, evening events or guest tickets are not allowed). Also note, the person to whom you are transferring your registration must be eligible to attend Edge Rockies 2026. 

Badge swapping is strictly forbidden. It will be considered fraud and you will be excluded immediately from Edge Rockies and all future Dscoop Activities.  

A replacement badge may be obtained at the On-Site Registration Desk, for $50.00. We only allow for one replacement badge per person.

You can book your rooms now! The Edge Rockies guaranteed room rate is available until February 10. After this date, all reservations will need to be done directly with the hotel and the best available rate will apply. 

Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out time is at 11am. Anyone checking out after 11am local time may incur late charges. Luggage can be stored for individuals with later departures or earlier arrivals.

No, that’s not legitimate. Dscoop never sells or shares attendee lists with outside parties. If someone contacts you claiming otherwise, it’s a scam.

Co-exhibiting is strictly forbidden at Edge Rockies 2026.

Suppliers need to be active Dscoop partners and need to have a partnership agreement exclusive for Edge Rockies in order to attend to the conference. Pretending to be a Print Service Provider is not allowed and you will not be able to attend Edge Rockies with such a pass. Dscoop reserves the right to cancel your registration without reimbursement.

The attendee list is included for all Advanced and Essentials Dscoop Year-round partners. If you are a Basic Dscoop Year-round partner, the attendee list will not be provided.  

The lead retrieval system is included for all Advanced and Essentials Dscoop Year-round partners. If you are a Basic Dscoop Year-round partner, you will not have access to lead retrieval.
