With over two decades immersed in the printing industry, I have navigated the multifaceted journey from launching a self-employed venture in 2004 to franchising across 12 UK locations. This path encompassed securing investors, managing teams, making pivotal financial decisions, and collaborating with blue-chip clients. I didn't always get it right but these experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and triumphs inherent in the print business landscape.
Recognising a gap in accessible, industry-specific guidance, I established The Online Print Coach. This platform is dedicated to empowering print business owners with the tools, strategies, and support I once sought. My flagship program, Print Mastermind, offers an extensive online training platform and a vibrant community.
