The new AI Automation Hack-A-Thon 4.0 is completely redesigned using AI to address four business challenges through half-day Automation Sprints. Operations Managers, IT Professionals, and Executives are invited to attend one or more sprints in a friendly, competitive learning environment where process redesign and hands-on experiences eliminate manual touch points, open new production capacity and reduce operational costs.
Hack-A-Thon Automation Sprints will focus on these business challenges:
- AI–Based Selling - Rapid AI quotation and production automation to the press. Accurately quote new jobs in 20 minutes or less with AI and automatically submit jobs to the press once approved.
- Touchless Preflight and Job Submission - Reduce and eliminate many manual steps/clicks to preflight, correct and submit jobs to press using automation and AI
- Simplified Web-to-Profit - Harness the power of your online storefront. Add value with AI. Replace manual order receive, FTP job retrieval and job submission to press for a large majority of your work.
- Estimated vs Actual Production Cost - Use job-level production data to calculate actual cost, then compare with estimated cost to calculate profitability per job in your existing financial systems.
You can participate in multiple challenges and select your challenges during online registration. The Hack-a-Thon at Edge Rockies is open to all registration types.
Participating teams will also be invited to join a new Dscoop Automation Club. The Automation Club is a new 365 day Dscoop community where members will collaborate with each other for “all-things-print-automation” including; APIs, SDKs, robotics, user forums, access to online learning, webinars and more beyond the Edge Rockies event.
